Creating Programs |

THE BASICS This is always the best place to start. If the basics are not covered, then no matter what else you do, it won't be very effective. So what are the basics? Your body is composed of millions and millions of CELLS. So the cell is the basic building block of your body. You could say that you're about as healthy as each of your cells are. You need five basic things to keep your cells alive and healthy. (1) A constant supply of oxygen (2) A constant supply of nutrients (3) A constant temperature (4) Sufficient PURE water (5) Efficient waste removal Keeping these five things in mind, you're ready to start building a health program. OXYGEN Number 1, a constant supply of oxygen, involves not only our lungs, but the delivery method, circulation. There are two things you can do about oxygen; either suck more air in through the lungs and/or use the oxygen you do have more efficiently. If you smoke, stop if at all possible. If quitting is not an option, then at least use herbal builders such as Chinese Lung Support. There are supplements that will help your body use oxygen better, such as CoEnzyme Q10, Ginko Biloba, Gotu Kola. This Lesson goes on to cover Water, Nutrition, Waste, and the specific steps of Creating Individual Supplement Programs. |

So What Is A "PROGRAM?" A nutritional program is a carefully thought out "Battle Plan." It includes lifestyle changes, supplemen-tation with vitamins and herbs, digestive aids, recommendations for water intake and personal evaluation of waste removal. Each of your body systems is designed to work together to produce health. When one or more is not working efficiently; it creates an imbalance. A good nutritional program will address each area of concern with nutritional help that is not too much and not too little. |
